Nipones y suecos empatan a un partido tan igualado como descafeinado.

Onces iniciales

Japón: Suzuki, Sugawara, Seko, Itakura, Ito, Nakamura, Kamada, Tanaka, Doan, Ueda, Maeda.

Primera parte

Una primera mitad muy ajustada entre ambos equipos. Minutos de ida y vuelta que no acabaron en muchas ocasiones de gol. Daizen Maeda lideró la ofensiva japonesa ante unos primeros 45 minutos algo discretos de Ayase Ueda. En el bando sueco, Yasin Ayari buscó permanentemente salir con el balón jugado a gran velocidad, pero Ao Tanaka supo mantenerlo a ralla con un juego brusco y cortante que recordó al mejor Hidemasa Morita, pivote ex del Sporting de Portugal no convocado por Moriyasu para esta cita mundialista.

Segunda parte

En la segunda mitad llegaron las ocasiones de gol. Daizen Maeda anotó el tanto japonés en el 56 de partido a pase de Ritsu Doan. Suecia, quien se estaba quedando fuera de dieciseisavos, decidió agitar el partido y empezó a someter a los nipones en los últimos 30 minutos del partido. Anthony Elanga puso las tablas en el marcador en el 62 del encuentro y tuvo una ocasión especialmente clara en los minutos finales de partido, pero Zion Suzuki volvió a hacer gala de sus mejores manos para mantener el empate final que les daba la segunda plaza del grupo F.

Conclusiones

Japón avanza a dieciseisavos de final de la Copa del Mundo. Se enfrentará al combinado brasileño el próximo lunes 29 de junio a las 19:00h (ESP). Por su parte, la selección sueca de Graham Potter deberá esperar a la conclusión de la tercera fecha mundialista para conocer su rival en dieciseisavos, aunque todo parece indicar que se enfrentará a la Francia de Mbappé, una de las favoritas a ganar este año.

Lo mejor de Japón

Daizen Maeda: Fue el mejor de los nipones en el primer tiempo. Anota el tanto de los Samurai Blue al inicio del segundo tiempo a pase de Ritsu Doan.

Zion Suzuki: El meta ex del Urawa Reds volvió a estar esplendido bajo los palos. Cuatro paradas capitales para mantener el empate en el marcador y asegurar la segunda plaza.

Ao Tanaka: Una roca en el medio del campo. Mantuvo a ralla a jugadores especialmente peligrosos como Ayari.

Lo mejor de Suecia

Anthony Elanga: Anota el gol de los suecos. A través de sus chispazos generó varias ocasiones de gol. En los últimos minuto tuvo una ocasión clara que puedo dar la victoria a los suyos, pero Suzuki estuvo muy acertado bajo los palos.

Yasin Ayari: Dio salida al juego de Suecia, forzando muchas faltas duras por parte de los medios y defensas nipones.

Gustaf Lagerbielke: El central del Braga estuvo especialmente sólido y acertado en defensa.
