Victoria culé por la mínima en el Metropolitano. Un solitario gol de Ferran Torres envía al FC Barcelona a la final de la Copa del Rey, donde enfrentará al Real Madrid.

Alineación inicial

El cuadro presentado por Hansi Flick fue un 4-2-3-1 que alineó a los siguientes jugadores:

Wojciech Szczęsny; Jules Koundé, Íñigo Martínez, Pau Cubarsí, Alejandro Baldé; Frenkie de Jong, Pedri; Lamine Yamal, Fermín López, Raphinha; Ferran Torres.

El técnico alemán sorprendió eligiendo a Ferran Torres sobre Lewandowski, sin embargo, el canterano del Valencia le daría la razón anotando el único gol de este partido. En el mediocampo cada vez se ve más asentado el doble pivote conformado por Frenkie de Jong y Pedri. Ambos se complementan el uno al otro, Pedri tiene un talento pasador digno de los mejores, mientras que De Jong rompe muchas líneas con sus progresiones entre líneas.

Primer tiempo

Los primeros 45 minutos fueron protagonizados por el FC Barcelona, teniendo la posesión de balón y generando ocasiones. La primera ocasión de peligro fue protagonizada por Lamine en la que con un pase a ras de césped buscando a Raphinha encontró un contacto de Giménez que casi termina en propia puerta. Unos minutos después llegaría la polémica falta de Azpilicueta en la que contacto con los tachones a Raphinha en una posición en la que pudo ser tarjeta roja, sin embargo Munuera Montero solamente le mostró tarjeta amarilla. Mientras el FC Barcelona seguía mostrando su dominio al encerrar en su campo a un Atlético que no podía salir llegó el gol de Ferran al minuto 27 a pase de Lamine. El cierre del primer tiempo mantuvo la misma tónica, dominio culé a unos rojiblancos desconcertados.

Segundo tiempo

El trámite del segundo tiempo fue más equilibrado ya que ambos equipos buscaban anotar su gol. Por parte del FC Barcelona la intención era liquidar el partido, por otro lado, Atlético de Madrid intentaba ir a la ofensiva sin mucha claridad. La defensa y el mediocampo culés brillaron al detener transiciones ofensivas. Pedri brillo siendo aquel que daba calma al juego, junto con Lamine. Las contribuciones de ambos jugadores en dar calma fueron claves para evitar que el ritmo del juego fuera frenético.  Una acción puntual de la defensa fue el fuera de juego para anular el gol de Sorloth, que hubiera significado irse a los tiempos extras. Finalmente Munuera Montero dio por terminado el partido, sentenciando así que en la final de la Copa del Rey habrá Clásico.

Hansi Flick, un gestor excelente

Flick ha brillado a lo largo de la temporada por saber leer correctamente los partidos y hacer los cambios correctos, hoy no fue la excepción. Sus cambios el día de hoy fueron los siguientes: Eric García, Ronald Araújo, Robert Lewandowski y Gerard Martín, dándole salida a Pau Cubarsí, Fermín López, Ferran Torres y Lamine Yamal.

Las sustituciones fueron clave en la lectura de partido, ya que a pesar de parecer cambios para una táctica muy defensiva, fue lo contrario, buscar el control y mantener el balón para seguir en ofensiva. La idea de juego siguió siendo muy clara, ya que en todo momento cada jugador tenía clara su misión, demostrando todos una madurez tremenda para ejecutar este plan a la perfección.

La entrada de Eric por Fermín fue excelente para controlar el mediocampo y detener las transiciones rivales. La sola presencia del formado en La Masía liberaba a De Jong y a Pedri para que entre los 3 abarcaran todo el mediocampo, dejando sin aire al rival. Araújo fue clave en detener a Sorloth, un reto enorme, evitando que el noruego pudiera hacerse ver en el marcador final. Robert Lewandowski entró al campo con la misión de retener el balón y ser un apoyo para sus compañeros en ofensiva, ya que con su físico esto era clave para seguir controlando el partido. Las contribuciones del polaco provocaron varias ocasiones que finalmente no se pudieron reflejar en el marcador, sin embargo, esas salidas le daban mucho oxígeno al FC Barcelona.

Ferran ‘El Tiburón’ Torres

Ferran empezó esta temporada siendo de los elementos más criticados en toda la plantilla del FC Barcelona. A pesar de las dudas y burlas ‘El Tiburón’ se ha redimido a base de trabajo, esfuerzo y goles. Es evidente que el canterano del Valencia está en uno de los mejores momentos de su carrera, ya que en sus últimos 5 partidos ha anotado 5 goles. Torres ha demostrado ser un elemento muy valioso para Hansi Flick por su funcionalidad en la ofensiva. La labor que cumple Ferran como un ‘9’ es ser muy móvil, generando espacios para sus compañeros y el mismo aprovechando su movilidad para destacar. El gol de hoy fue un ejemplo muy claro de lo anterior, ya que aprovecho con un movimiento entre los defensores un buen pase de Lamine para así anotar su gol número 16 en la temporada y enviar a su equipo a la final de la Copa del Rey.

Asociación en la banda derecha

Uno de los sellos en está temporada del FC Barcelona es la pareja que hacen Lamine Yamal y Koundé por el sector diestro. Desde que inicia el partido Koundé está perpetuamente siguiendo los movimientos de Yamal para siempre ser una opción de pase y generar superioridad en la ofensiva. Lo que provoca esto es que los rivales duden si ir en un 2v1 frente a Lamine, dejando libre a Koundé o hacer marca individual a cada uno de ellos, lo que libera al talentoso extremo español. Sin embargo, en cualquiera de estas situaciones, ambos encuentran la manera de brillar. La superioridad generada por ambos es vital para el funcionamiento en ofensiva del FC Barcelona, tan solo en este partido, el lateral francés tuvo a pase de Lamine una ocasión de gol muy clara que Reinildo Mandava salvó en última instancia.

¿Qué sigue para el FC Barcelona?

El equipo blaugrana tendrá un reto muy grande enfrentando a un Real Betis que atraviesa un momento de forma espectacular. La sede de este partido será el Estadio Olímpico Lluís Companys el sábado 5 de abril. Los culés afrontarán este partido con un plantel completo que les permitirá rotar en caso de ser necesario, ya que después enfrentaran a Borussia Dortmund por la ida de los cuartos de final de la UEFA Champions League.
