Victoria del Valencia en Mestalla en un partido clave por el tren de la permanencia
Los de Corberán consiguen ganar para no descolgarse de la batalla por la salvación tras la victoria del Espanyol frente al Real Madrid. La sociedad Rioja-Guerra se ha impuesto y ha permitido que los tres puntos se queden en el feudo del Valencia.
Titulares
Giorgi Mamardashvili (6). El portero georgiano ha cumplido, pese a que no ha firmado una actuación considerable como a las que nos tenía acostumbrados durante la temporada pasada. La única parada que ha realizado, en un momento de mayor confianza la hubiese blocado, pero el de Tiflis ha optado por despejarla.
Dimitri Foulquier (7). Durante la primera mitad ha sufrido un poco más, ya que la figura de Swedberg estaba siendo indetectable para la zaga che. Aun así, ha realizado un buen partido, especialmente en la faceta defensiva.
César Tárrega (8,5). Tras el mal partido en Montjuic, hoy el de Aldaia se ha redimido y ha sido el mejor de la defensa. Ha sumado 11 despejes y ha estado muy rápido en todas las coberturas.
Cristhian Mosquera (7). Ha empezado el partido un poco dubitativo el central hispano-colombiano, especialmente en salida de balón, en la que ha acumulado algunas pérdidas sensibles. En la segunda mitad ha estado mejor en defensa.
José Luis Gayà (6,5). No ha sido el mejor partido del capitán valencianista con la camiseta che. No se ha podido prodigar demasiado en ataque y ha tenido varias pérdidas de balón. De todas formas, el de Pedreguer nunca negocia la entrega.
Enzo Barrenechea (8). Grandes minutos del argentino. Bien en la distribución, con un 93% de pases acertados, y genial en la intensidad que demanda su posición en el terreno de juego. Además, ha salido vencedor en todos los duelos aéreos.
Javi Guerra (9). Es, sin duda, el jugador que puede elevar el techo competitivo del Valencia y llevar a su equipo a la salvación. La mejoría ha sido notable de la mano de Corberán. Ha sumado un gol y una asistencia, además de un gran centro que Hugo Duro no ha sido capaz de rematar en dirección a portería.
André Almeida (7). El portugués es el jugador que más sentido le da a las posesiones valencianistas, pero le ha faltado ser más incisivo en ataque.
Diego López (6,5). El de Turón no ha estado mal. Siempre lo da todo, aunque el peso del ataque ha llegado mayoritariamente por la banda de Rioja. Ha tenido una ocasión clara para marcar gol tras un gran centro del extremo sevillano, pero no ha podido rematar en condiciones.
Luis Rioja (9,5). En estos partidos es evidente que el de Cabezas de San Juan conoce perfectamente lo que es pelear por la permanencia. Al igual que Guerra, ha sumado un gol y una asistencia, aunque también ha sido el jugador que más ocasiones ha generado, con un total de 3. Además, en la segunda mitad Corberán lo ha situado en la parte derecha como carrilero en la fase defensiva para tapar los ataques del Celta y también ha firmado una grandísima actuación.
Hugo Duro (6,5). Ha tenido la oportunidad de marcar dos goles, pero se ha ido con la cuenta a cero. Primero le han anulado un tanto por falta previa a Starfelt, y minutos después ha fallado un remate de cabeza a escasos metros de la portería de Guaita. Pese a no haber realizado su mejor partido, ha hecho un buen papel en la presión para dificultar la salida del Celta.
Suplentes
Umar Sadiq (6,5). Buenos minutos del nigeriano, que ha tenido la tarea de aguantar el balón de espaldas.
Pepelu (6,5). Ha ingresado por un exhausto Javi Guerra y ha proporcionado una mayor seguridad en el centro del campo. El de Denia ha tenido un 100% de duelos ganados.
Mouctar Diakhaby (No Calificable). El guineano regresaba a Mestalla tras su lesión. No ha tenido demasiado trabajo en defensa, aunque ha estado a punto de marcar el 3-1 a la salida de un córner.
Hugo Guillamón (No Calificable). Ha ingresado en el minuto 87. Poco reseñable su actuación.
Fran Pérez (No Calificable). Ha entrado junto a Guillamón.
