El Sevilla vuelve a conquistar el Trofeo Antonio Puerta

El Sevilla se adjudicó este viernes la XIII edición del Trofeo Antonio Puerta  tras vencer al club saudí, Al Ittihad por 1-0 con gol de Lucas Ocampos desde los 11 metros.

Aunque el conjunto de Nervión tenía el control de la posesión, la primera ocasión clara del partido caía del lado de los saudíes tras una acción de Karim Benzema. Reaccionaba el Sevilla con un disparo de Ejuke que pararía el meta saudí.

Minutos después, en una acción caía Isaac dentro del área tras un errorn grosero de Luiz Felipe, pero el arbitro decidió que no era suficiente para pitar penalti. Acto seguido, en una acción dentro del área sevillista, el colegiado señalaría penalti a favor de Al Ittihad. Benzema, que fue el encargado de tirarlo, lo erró a pesar de haber engañado a Dmitrovic.

Con el paso de los minutos, el Sevilla seguía cometiendo los mismos errores que en el primer partido, es decir, impreciso y sin crear ocasiones claras. En el 40 Fabinho pisaba a Ocampos y Quintero González no dudó en señalar penalti.

Ocampos se encargaría de transformarlo y poner por delante al Sevilla en el marcador. Su disparo fue colocado a la derecha del guardameta que nada pudo hacer. Al descanso, el marcador seria favorable al club hispalense.

Segunda Parte

García Pimienta introduciría dos cambios en el XI inicial. Se retiraba el guardameta Dmitrovic y entraba en su lugar Alberto Flores. También abandonaría el terreno de juego Isaac Romero para dar entrada a Mateo Mejía.

Con el paso de los minutos, Alberto Flores haría una parada clave para mandar el balón a córner y evitaba así, el tanto empate del equipo saudí. Respondería el Sevilla con un disparo de Saúl que paraba el meta rival. Uno de los mejores del partido estaba siendo Chidera Ejuke, quien Ejuke estaba dejando destellos de mucha calidad, como chispa, regate y desparpajo, algo que necesitaba mucho el equipo.

El ritmo del partido fue diluyendo hasta el punto de no haber apenas ocasiones. Esto convenía al Sevilla ya que era quien estaba por delante en el marcador. Eso derivó en ocasiones peligrosas como la que tuvo José Angel Carmona, quien casi anotaba el segundo en el marcador. Ya casi entrando en el descuento, el canterano Alberto Collado,  tuvo la ultima jugada del encuentro tras una buena acción entre el y Suso.

El marcador, al final del partido, sería de 1-0 y el Sevilla se llevaba la decimotercera edición del trofeo Antonio Puerta.
