Siguen las despedidas en el club hispalense. Tras la marcha de Erik Lamela, el siguiente en marcharse es el centrocampista español Oliver Torres.

Una despedida muy dolorosa

Oliver Torres ha comunicado a través de sus redes sociales que deja de manera oficial el Sevilla FC, tras cinco temporadas con la camiseta sevillista, el español se ha despedido de como el mismo ha dicho en varias ocasiones «su casa» él dice que no es un hasta nunca solo un hasta luego porque tarde o temprano saben que sus caminos volverán a unirse.

Oliver Torres fue fichado por petición expresa de Julen Lopetegui quien lo pidió en su momento para reforzar la plantilla, ya que lo conocía muy bien de su experiencia en Portugal dirigiendo al Porto FC. El español ha sido una de las piezas con las que se ha logrado ganar dos Europa League.

Oliver Torres en 201 partidos en los que ha defendido su escudo ha marcado 11 goles y ha realizado 20 asistencias. Ha pasado por momentos bastante delicados en estos cinco años, ha sido descartado para jugar una fase de grupos de la Champions League, sin embargo, fue titular ese mismo año en las semifinales y en la final de la séptima Europa League conseguida en Budapest.

Esta temporada ha disputado 27 encuentros en liga, 4 en copa del Rey y 3 en Champions League.

A sus 29 años el futbolista dice adiós al club que lo hizo futbolista, dice adiós a su Sevilla, pero con la promesa de que volverá porque el que es sevillista lo es para siempre.
