Miki Villar: ¨Ir al psicólogo me ayudó mucho en el fútbol y en mi vida personal¨
Miguel Villar Alonso (Nigrán, 1996) más conocido como ¨Miki Villar¨, es jugador del Wisla Kraków polaco. Se desenvuelve en la posición de extremo aportando goles, asistencias y mucho trabajo. Posiblemente sea un perfil diferente dentro del mundo del fútbol, especialmente por sus intereses fuera del terreno de juego. Amante de la lectura, sus intereses por el mundo empresarial e informático ocupan parte de su tiempo libre. Está graduado en ADE y realiza un Máster en Gestión Empresarial. Hace especial hincapié en tener un ¨Plan B¨ por si las circunstancias en el fútbol no salen como a uno le gustaría y siendo consciente de que llegará un momento en el que el fútbol se termine. Hace 4 años jugaba en la SD Compostela de 2ªB, pero en la temporada 21/22 dio el salto al fútbol profesional con el Ibiza de 2ª división. En la isla estuvo durante 1 temporada y media hasta que en enero de la temporada 22/23 comenzó su periplo en el extranjero.
Hablamos sobre la final de Copa que jugará el día 2 de mayo, de cómo afronta ese gran reto el equipo y de cómo está viviendo la temporada a nivel individual. Temas como la salud mental o recurrir a ayuda psicológica para superar situaciones complejas vividas tanto en el fútbol amateur como profesional están presentes en la charla.
