Previa Getafe vs Sevilla: Objetivo permanencia

Tras el parón de selecciones, azulones y sevillistas se citan en el Estadio Coliseum Alfonso Pérez para disputar la jornada 30 de LaLiga EA Sports en un partido con varios frentes abiertos. Los azulones llegan a este partido en una buena situación ya que en el último partido disputado ganaron por la mínima al Girona gracias al solitario gol de Yellu Santiago.  Los sevillistas, por su parte,  llegan a este partido con la urgencia de ganar ya que suman 2 partidos seguidos sin conocer la victoria y están a 3 puntos del descenso.

 

 

Sumar una nueva victoria en casa

A cada jornada que pasa, es casi necesario recordar la posición del  Getafe en la clasificación y la posibilidad de volver a las competiciones europeas. En el décimo lugar, a ocho y a cuatro puntos del Betis y Real Sociedad respectivamente, se sitúa el equipo local, que viene firmando una temporada buena y que sigue teniendo posibilidades de Conference League.

El pasado encuentro ante el Girona, no fue más que la confirmación del equipo azulón. La sobresaliente actuación en defensa y una acción acertada en ataque, bastaron para que la afición del Getafe viera a su equipo ganar ante un Girona que poco a poco va bajando el nivel que venía teniendo. En cuanto a las bajas, el Getafe llega a este partido con las bajas por lesión de Arambarri y de Borja Mayoral, ambos lesionados de gravedad y que se perderán lo que resta de temporada.

El Sevilla en busca de alejarse del descenso

El conjunto sevillista debe buscar ya una reacción que le haga alejarse de los puestos de descenso. El empate en Almería, la derrota en casa ante el Celta por 1-2 y las victorias de los equipos de abajo están haciendo que el Sevilla se haya metido en un aprieto y vuelva a tener que mirar por el retrovisor a sus perseguidores ya que esta situado decimosexto a 3 puntos del Cádiz, metido en puestos de descenso.

Para más inri, lejos de casa, solo han conseguido 11 puntos por lo que es un indicio de que le cuesta jugar lejos de Nervión y que tienen que cambiar las tornas ya.  Los sevillistas viajan a Getafe con tan solo una baja, la de Jesús Navas, sancionado por acumulación de tarjetas.

 

Antecedentes

En LaLiga se han enfrentado 29 ocasiones, con un balance favorable para el Sevilla (14V, 3E, 12D). El marcador que más se repite es 1-0, que se ha dado hasta en 7 ocasiones. Como local, el Getafe tiene un balance positivo (7V, 2E, 5D).

Los dos últimos partidos entre ellos han sido esta temporada. En la jornada 17 se enfrentaron ambos conjuntos en Sevilla, donde venció cómodamente el Getafe por 0-3. Más tarde se volvieron a medir en el Coliseum en el partido de octavos de la Copa del Rey, que se saldó con un 1-3 favorable al Sevilla.
