El Real Madrid y el R.C.D. Espanyol se veían las caras en el día de hoy en el Santiago Bernabéu, con motivo de la sexta jornada del campeonato liguero. El conjunto blanco se impuso por dos goles a cero gracias a los tantos de Militao y Mbappé. El Madrid seguirá líder una jornada más, sumando todos los puntos posibles hasta la fecha. El Espanyol por su parte, sigue tercero a la espera de lo que hagan sus perseguidores.
Partido muy espeso
El encuentro no tuvo demasiada emoción. El Espanyol ni siquiera inquietaba la portería de Courtois y al Madrid le costaba construir jugadas que acabasen con un tiro a puerta. Los dos goles desde fuera del área han sigo una gran muestra de lo que ha sido este partido. La calidad ha ganado al juego, y teniendo a este tipo de jugadores con tanta calidad, se consigue sacar partidos adelante sin hacer un buen partido. Ha faltado hambre por parte de los dos equipos, pero sobre todo del Espanyol, que es el que necesitaba dar un paso hacia delante yendo por debajo en el marcador.

Notas:
Courtois: 6. Apenas trabajo para el portero belga que en ningún momento se ha sentido amenazado por el conjunto catalán.
Carvajal: 7.5. Buen partido en líneas generales de Carvajal tanto en ataque como en defensa.
Militao: 9. Golazo espectacular de Eder Militao que golpea mucho más atrás de la frontal del área. También estuvo a punto de hacer otro gol de cabeza tras un córner. Buen partido también en la faceta defensiva
Asencio: 7. Solidez defensiva. Buen partido del canterano madridista cumpliendo con las expectativas que habían en él.No ha sido un partido tan vistoso como el de Militao pero ha cumplido con lo que se le pedía.
Carreras: 8. Otro gran partido de Carreras tanto en defensa como en ataque. Hoy ha vuelto a demostrar que es un jugador que sirve tanto para defender como para atacar.
Tchouaméni: 6. Partido bastante discreto del francés. No ha cometido ningún error de bulto pero ha pasado un poco desapercibido del encuentro.
Valverde: 6. También ha estado bastante desconectado. Se ha notado mucho en el juego tan espeso que ha ofrecido el Madrid en el día de hoy junto a Tchouaméni.
Mastantuono: 7. Muy participativo y siempre intentando encarar a su par. Sigue dejando destellos de su gran fútbol pero todavía no ha sacado todo su potencial.
Vini Jr: 7.5. Hoy ha estado una vez más por detrás de Mbappé. Le ha dado una asistencia al futbolista galo y ha mandado un balón al palo, pero sigue estando lejos de su máximo nivel.
Mbappé: 9. Ha marcado un golazo desde fuera del área y ha sido el que ha generado la mayoría del peligro del conjunto blanco. Ha sido el mejor jugador del equipo, junto a Militao.
Gonzalo: 6. Poca participación del canterano madridista en el juego del equipo. Fue sustituido en el minuto 60 por Arda Güler.
Cambios:
Arda Güler: 5. No cambió el ritmo de partido en la segunda parte y el juego del Madrid seguía siendo muy espeso.
Rodrygo: 5. Entró a la misma vez que Brahim pero apenas se dejó notar.
Brahim: 6.5. Jugó apenas 10 minutos pero dejó muestras de su gran calidad en los pocos balones que tocó.
