El equipo universitario hizo oficial en la tarde de ayer la pretemporada que llevará a cabo a partir del mes de septiembre
Dentro de 10 días, el UCAM Murcia CB dará el pistoletazo de salida a la temporada 2025-2026. Para llegar bien preparado a la Liga Endesa y posiblemente a la Basketball Champions League, jugará los siguientes encuentros (dejando el primero aún por confirmar, pero que se disputará a puerta cerrada en El Palacio de Los Deportes de Murcia):
Valencia Basket (7-9-25)
Los de Sito Alonso afrontarán el tradicional Torneo Región de Murcia Costa Cálida, donde se medirán al Valencia Basket el 7 de septiembre en el Pabellón José Ortega Chumilla de Yecla, a partir de las 13:00 horas. Será la primera prueba de gran nivel para los murcianos ante un equipo que este año volverá a disputar la Euroliga.
Torneo de Limoges (12-14 de septiembre)
Del 12 al 14 de septiembre, el UCAM Murcia viajará a Francia para disputar el Torneo de Limoges, que se celebrará en el Pabellón Beublanc. En él participarán, además del UCAM Murcia, el Limoges CSP, el ESSM Le Portel y el Boulazac Basket Dordogne. Los murcianos se enfrentarán a ESSMM Le Portel el viernes 12 a las 18:00. En caso de victoria, disputará la final el domingo a las 17:00 o bien el tercer y cuarto puesto a las 14:30.
Fase previa de la BCL (18-24 de septiembre)
La atención internacional del UCAM se centrará del 18 al 24 de septiembre en la previa de la Basketball Champions League, que se disputará en la Samelyon Arena de Samokov (Bulgaria)Su debut será el sábado 20 frente al PGE Start Lublin (Polonia) a las 20:00 horas. En caso de avanzar, jugaría la semifinal el lunes 22 a las 15:30 y la final el miércoles 24 a las 19:00, en busca de un billete para la fase de grupos de la BCL.
Covirán Granada (28-9-25)
Para finalizar la pretemporada, el UCAM Murcia CB jugará ante el Covirán Granada la novena edición del Memorial José Enrique de la Cruz & Ángel Vaca. El encuentro se disputará en el Palacio de Deportes el domingo 28 de septiembre a las 12:30 horas.
