Esta noche comienza un mes apasionante de fútbol en el que los mejores 32 equipos del mundo se enfrentarán entre sí para intentar coronarse como campeones. La presión con la que llegan los de Messi puede ser un problema
Si algo tiene el Inter Miami es una gran capacidad de llegar a las masas. El equipo de David Beckham cuenta con jugadores que pese a estar cerca de retirarse fueron jugadores de primer nivel. Luis Suárez, Jordi Alba, Busquets y como no Messi. Pero el reto del equipo americano lejos de ser ilusionante es un regalo envenenado. El equipo no se ganó en el campo su pase al torneo y recibieron una invitación al ser uno de los anfitriones. Su bajo nivel competitivo y el enorme boom mediático no le hacen ningún bien al equipo.
Para afrontar el Mundial de Clubes, se esperaba que Mascherano recibiese 2/3 refuerzos de calidad para aumentar la calidad competitiva del equipo. Sin embargo eso no ha sido así y el propio entrenador lo reprochó en la rueda de prensa previa «Necesitábamos reforzarnos». Unas declaraciones que no son las únicas de este calado que ha dejado. Hace unos días, el técnico expresó con cierto aire de decepción que el equipo no tenía nivel para afrontar la competición.
Además, el escaso fondo de plantilla es otro problema para el equipo de Messi. Pero pese a todos los problemas, el equipo tiene calidad de sobra como para poder competir por pasar a octavos.
