El Rayo Vallecano sueña con clasificar a Europa y por eso quiere sumar los 3 puntos contra la Real Sociedad

La Real Sociedad llega al encuentro en una posición similar a la de su rival, en el puesto 11 de LaLiga con 34 puntos, dos menos que el Rayo Vallecano.
No esta siendo una temporada atractiva para el conjunto de Imanol, pese a que todavía están cerca de los puestos europeos las sensaciones no son las mejores del mundo ya que las salidas de pesos pesados del equipo en verano todavía están dejando sus secuelas.
El jueves han tenido su último partido de Europa League de la temporada ya que quedaron eliminados contra el Manchester United en Old Trafford por un abultado 4-1, el partido quedó marcado por una temprana expulsión de Aramburu. Bruno Fernandes fue el jugador más destacado metiendo un hat-trick.
En liga vienen de perder sus últimos 2 partidos contra el Barcelona (4-o) y contra el Sevilla en casa (0-1), esto sumado a la competición europea llevan perdiendo 3 partidos seguidos. Su última victoria fue contra el Leganes en liga ganando 3-0.

La temporada para estos equipos comenzó enfrentándose en la jornada 1, aquel partido quedo marcado por la inesperada victoria del conjunto de Iñigo Pérez por 1-2 protagonizando un excelente inicio de temporada para su equipo.
El Rayo Vallecano como local lleva un total de 6 partidos seguidos sin conseguir ganar a la Real, dato que quieren romper mañana.
Además, esta temporada también han coincidido en los octavos de final de la Copa del Rey con una victoria por 3-1 en el Reale Arena.
La temporada pasada, ningún equipo pudo sumar los tres puntos ya que en los dos partidos jugados en liga entre estos equipos los resultados fueron de empates (0-0, 2-2).
