El jugador de 18 años, que recientemente fichó de forma oficial por el Real Valladolid por medio millón de euros, en su objetivo de apuntar a cotas más altas con mejoría de contrato incluída, se ha dejado guiar por los cantos de sirena del club «citizen», sin tener aparentemente en cuenta al club que le ha dado una carrera profesional.
Sin embargo, esto proviene de que el club dirigido por Ronaldo no hizo ficha profesional al joven africano, sino que contaba con ficha federativa juvenil. Esto hace que su cláusula de rescisión fuera únicamente de 6 millones de euros, ascendiendo a la cuantía de 30 millones si hubiera tenido ficha federativa de jugador del primer equipo.
Tras unos días de incertidumbre sobre su posible salida, hoy el jugador ha decidido no presentarse al entrenamiento de su (por ese momento) equipo, por lo que el Valladolid ejercerá su derecho de emprender acciones legales contra el jugador y sus representantes, así como las posibles irregularidades cometidas por el club inglés. Veremos en qué queda esta incómoda situación, pero parece que no ha hecho más que empezar.
