Dinamarca hace bueno el empate y consigue quedar 2ª, pero Serbia cae eliminada
Dinamarca ha empatado a 0 contra Serbia en la última jornada del grupo C de la Euro 2024. El primer tiempo sería completamente de Dinamarca. El segundo comenzaría estando disputado. Los últimos 20 fueron de un dominio total de Serbia. El asedio final balcánico no sería suficiente para desnivelar el marcador. Los daneses logran clasificar, pero los serbios caen eliminados.
Dominio absoluto de Dinamarca
El partido comenzó con un gran control del balón del combinado danés. La primera ocasión de peligro sería en el minuto 4. Una buena jugada de estrategia por parte de Dinamarca, dejaría a Hojlund en una posición muy franca para rematar, pero su remate fue muy flojo a las manos de Rajkovic. En los siguientes minutos Dinamarca seguiría teniendo un gran porcentaje de la posesión del balón, aunque Serbia entraría algo más en juego. Durante los siguientes minutos el partido parecería un rondo. En el minuto 17, al fin volverían las ocasiones. Un centro de Maehle fue rematado en el área pequeña por Bah, pero su remate se fue algo desviado. Dinamarca se desataría tras esto y solo cuatro minutos después, Rajkovic tendría que intervenir para detener un disparo lejano de Eriksen. En el minuto 25, Eriksen botaría un córner que Jonas Wind remataba a gol, pero el gol no subiría al marcador, ya que el balón sacado `por Eriksen había salido para volver a entrar. Dinamarca se empezaría a sentirse mejor, pero no consiguió crear ninguna ocasión más en los siguientes minutos. Un latigazo de Hojlund y un remate alto desde el corazón del área de Wind serían lo más destacable en los siguientes minutos. Serbia no daba ningún síntoma de mejora. Tras un 1 minuto de descuento se indicaría el camino al túnel de vestuarios.
Disputado hasta el dominio final serbio
Al descanso Stojkovic sacaría a Jovic y a Tadic en lugar de Gudelj y Samardzic y Hjulmand quitaría a Wind para dar entrada a Skov Olsen.El segundo tiempo comenzó como terminó el primero con un gran dominio de Dinamarca. En los primeros minutos los daneses sí consiguieron situaciones de peligro, pero no pudieron convertirlas en ocasión. Aún así, Serbia estaba aprovechando mejor sus posesiones para generar peligro. Una posición antirreglamentaria de Jovic libraría a la dinamita danesa del gol. Tras esta acción, Serbia mejoraría sus prestaciones y a Dinamarca le empezarían a entrar las dudas. Hjulmand volvería a mover ficha para introducir a Dolberg en lugar de Hojlund. En el minuto 64, tras la salida de un córner, Vestergaard se elevó solo en el corazón del área, pero su remate fue directo a las manos de Rajkovic. Posteriormente, llegarían los mejores momentos serbios. Stojkovic aprovechaba para meter aún más dinamita arriba con la entrada de Vlahovic, en detrimento de Ilic. Unos minutos después sacaba a Mladenovic por Mijailovic. Poco a poco el partido iba cambiando por completo. Ahora eran los serbios los que tendrían el control del juego y los daneses los que no olían el balón. Aún así, las Aguilas Blancas no conseguían crear ocasiones de gol. Hjulmand buscaría una reacción con la entrada de Kristiansen y Delaney por Bah y Hjulmand. Serbia necesitaba un gol para no quedar eliminada, pero no conseguía generar ocasiones. La más clara fue un tiro de Vlahovic en el 81 que se fue desviado. Serbia empezaba a ir a la desesperada en busca del gol ansiado. Dinamarca se defendía en su área. La ocasión de Serbia sería en el 91 Milinkovic Savic desde la frontal remataría colocado, pero flojo por lo que Schmeichel blocaría sin problemas. No conseguiría generar nada más y el partido daría su fin.
Dinamarca clasifica 2º por el Ranking UEFA y Serbia cae eliminada
Dinamarca suma su tercer empate y por lo tanto, se coloca con 3 puntos. Termina siendo 2º de grupo tras empatar con Eslovenia en todo y tener que recurrir al 9º criterio de desempate, el Ranking UEFA. Obviamente ahí está mejor clasificada Dinamarca. Se medirá el sábado ante la anfitriona a las 21:00 horas en Dortmund.
Serbia por su parte, suma su segundo punto. Los dos puntos cosechados no la sirven más que para quedar 4º y caer eliminada en primera ronda.
