La compañía TIM dejará de patrocinar la liga italiana tras haber esta llegado a un acuerdo con Enilive, una entidad que se dedica a la biorefinación y la producción de biometano (gas renovable).

El nuevo sponsor le ofrecerá un contrato a la Serie A de 22 millones de euros al año durante tres temporadas, comenzando desde la campaña 2024-2025. La sociedad telefónica TIM le ofrecía una tasa de 19 millones de euros por temporada; ofreciendo un aumento con respecto al año pasado (mejora de 4 millones de euros pero sin llegar a la cifra que ofrecía Enilive.

Después de 25 años colaborando con la liga italiana, la empresa telefónica pone punto y final a su acuerdo con la Serie A, dejando atrás años para el recuerdo relacionando momentos de auge con otros no tan oportunos (el calciopoli de 2005).

Un nuevo cambio que espera lanzar a la competición de fútbol italiano en cuanto a nivel europeo y seguir así subiendo escalones entre las mejores ligas del mundo.
