La Masía solventa otro dilema

Las buenas actuaciones de Casadó y Bernal en pretemporada y de Fermín en las Olimpiadas dejan en claro la posibilidad de recurrir a La Masía y no al mercado

Tanto Marc Casadó como Marc Bernal han impactado a un Hansi Flick que ya conocía la capacidad futbolística de las dos jovencísimas promesas de La Masía -20 y 17 años respectivamente-. Sin embargo, el nivel de ambos ha sido tal que no ha podido resistirse a cederles la titularidad en los partidos de la gira estadounidense, en enfrentamientos contra los dos mejores equipos en la actualidad: Manchester City y Real Madrid.

Por otro lado, se encuentra Fermín López, quien ha brillado por lo más alto del cielo parisino en los Juegos Olímpicos. El andaluz ha liderado a la selección española con cuatro goles y dos asistencias (a falta de la final), después de una sorprendente temporada bajo las órdenes de Xavi Hernández en el FC Barcelona.

El centro del campo, a rebosar de jugadores

Si bien se rumoreó con un interés del conjunto azulgrana en Mikel Merino, Amadou Onana y demás centrocampistas, la realidad es que ya se cuenta con un conjunto de jugadores en la medular del equipo para hacer frente a la siguiente temporada. El mismo Hansi Flick considera suficiente el nivel y talento que aporta la cantera como para poder prescindir de una incorporación en estas posiciones.

Como pivotes, Oriol Romeu, quien era el único puro, ya ha regresado a Girona como cedido. Aún así, Flick tiene previsto utilizar una 4-2-3-1, y el catalán no entraba en sus planes. Ahora, con De Jong y Gavi lesionados, aunque no por mucho tiempo, el técnico alemán podría hacer uso de Gundogan, Casadó y Bernal para esta posición, a la que, a muy malas, también podría unirse Pedri o Fermín.

En la mediapunta, a la que se puede unir Dani Olmo dentro de poco, aún va más servida: Pedri, Fermín, Pablo Torre o incluso Gundogan. A estos se les une la posibilidad de subir a Noah Darvich, quien gusta mucho a Flick. Todos ellos luchando por un único puesto, motivo por el cual se puede abrir la puerta a alguna venta.

Una Masía muy esperanzadora

Si alguna conclusión se puede llegar a sacar de la pretemporada, de momento, es que los canteranos son una gran opción a la que recurrir. Pau Víctor y Álex Valle son los primeros nombres que se mentan, pero Marc Casadó y Marc Bernal son la pareja por excelencia para el míster en Estados Unidos.

Ya se vio la pasada campaña cómo la gente de la casa (Cubarsí, Lamine Yamal y Fermín, además de Guiu y Héctor Fort, cuando tuvieron la oportunidad) aportaban una intensidad y energía necesaria para tirar de un equipo que tropezaba con la misma piedra constantemente. Por ende, esta temporada los jóvenes pueden ayudar en esas posiciones que más los requieran, mientras que la directiva invierte las cantidades necesarias de dinero en otras posiciones más relevantes de cara a obtener una plantilla más competitiva.
