El Real Madrid acaba de publicar el parte de médico de Trent Alexander-Arnold. Al jugador inglés se le ha diagnosticado una lesión muscular en el bíceps femoral de su pierna izquierda. El tiempo de baja será entre seis y ocho semanas, según el tipo de lesión que tiene.
Se perderá con total seguridad el derbi ante el Atlético de Madrid el próximo 27 de septiembre y los dos compromisos de champions ante el Kairat Almaty y posiblemente contra la Juventus. Podría reaparecer esa misma semana ante el F.C. Barcelona donde el Madrid recibe en el Bernabéu a la Juventus, el 22 de octubre, y al Barcelona el 26 de octubre. Contra el conjunto italiano parece casi imposible que llegue y al clásico llegaría muy justo. En caso de que se alargue más la lesión, podría llegar al partido en Anfield ante su ex equipo, el Liverpool.
Según el parte médico del conjunto blanco, la lesión estará pendiente de evolución por lo que no se sabe exactamente cuando podría volver a reaparecer Trent en los terrenos de juego.
