Alberto Abalde y Sergio Llull han atendido a la prensa tras la derrota del Real Madrid ante Olympiacos. Los griegos han vencido 84-72 al equipo blanco y se apuntan el 1-0 tras el primer partido de Playoffs de la Euroliga. Al término del encuentro, los jugadores merengues han analizado la derrota de su equipo y los aspectos a mejorar de cara al segundo partido de la serie ante los griegos.
“No podemos hacer este inicio en este campo, porque Olympiacos, en Atenas, es un equipo muy fuerte y por eso quedó primer en la fase regular. La puesta en escena ha sido mala y hemos ido a remolque todo el partido. Tenemos que ser más sólidos y consistentes. Cuando somos un equipo serio y sólido atrás es difícil ganarnos. Luego hemos intentado volver, pero con esa diferencia tan grande de la primera parte nos ha sido complicado. Estamos otra vez avisados. Esto es el playoff. Esta es la dureza de un playoff de Euroliga tan exigente como el que nos ha tocado y creo que esto nos tiene que servir para empezar el viernes de otra manera”, aseguraba el capitán del equipo blanco.

“Es muy complicado contra un equipo de esta calidad en su campo remontar 20 puntos en 20 minutos. Lo hemos intentado y hemos luchado hasta el final pero debemos mejorar y pensar en los errores que hemos cometido. Cada uno debe pensar en lo que puede hacer mejor por el bien del equipo de cara al viernes”, continuaba.
