Un mal primer tiempo del Real Valladolid le da la salvación a un Osasuna que se mete en la pelea por Europa. Ni el Domingo de Resurrección fue suficiente para revivir a un equipo que está muerto y sin ninguna esperanza

El partido que abría el Domingo de Resurrección en la Liga se celebraba en Zorrilla a la misma hora que la procesión, lo que dejó las gradas prácticamente vacías. La mala situación del equipo y el horario no animaba a que nadie subiera a Zorrilla y al final se vivió la peor entrada de toda la campaña. Comenzaba el encuentro en Zorrilla con un ambiente muy frío y con la peor entrada de la temporada. Osasuna no tardaba en generar peligro y un centro envenenado de Bretones apunto estaba de ser el 0-1. Y momento seguido llegarían los primeros pitos. Aimar Oroz conducía solo y le dejaba el balón a un Rubén García que se la ponía en la cabeza de un Budimir que remataba solo poniendo el 0-1.

El Real Valladolid seguía cargando su cruz y eso que ya se ha acabado la Semana Santa, pero intentaba levantarse mientras Osasuna miraba sin temor los intentos de ataque pucelano. Osasuna cuando quería jugar generaba mucho peligro y en una jugada por la derecha metían el segundo. Pablo Ibáñez se iba por la banda y se la dejaba para un Areso que llegaba a línea de fondo metiendo un centro entre portero y defensa que nadie despejaba y que remataba solo en Rubén García para poner el 0-2.

En la segunda parte Álvaro Rubio movía el banquillo dando entrada a Sylla y a Iván Sánchez. Los cambios le daban un nuevo aire al Pucela y Osasuna sufría. Primero la tuvo Sylla aprovechando una pérdida de Aimar Oroz y finalmente a la carrera llegaría el 1-2. Moro se iba en carrera de Boyomo y metía en el partido al Real Valladolid. Arreaba el Real Valladolid, pero tras 10 minutos Osasuna reaccionaba. Y los rojillos conseguían premio con un penalti absurdo de Latasa sobre Cayena. Budimir se preparaba desde los once metros y engañaba a André Ferreira para poner el 1-3.

Y al poco, Sylla caía en el área rojillo tras una entrada a destiempo de Herrando y Gil Manzano pitaba la pena máxima. Y el mismo Sylla se encargaría de convertirla. Habia partido en Zorrilla. Un nuevo balón a la espalda lo ganaba Sylla y un colosal Sergio Herrera evitaba el gol. Los rojillos volvían a coger el mando del partido, pero el Real Valladolid seguía intentándolo. El Pucela moría en la orilla, mientras que Osasuna con estos nuevos 3 puntos se mete en la lucha por Europa.
