Empate a uno que sabe a derrota para los verdiblancos

Betis y Rayo Valllecano se enfrentaban por la jornada 18 de LaLiga EA Sports. El conjunto verdiblanco quería continuar con la buena racha de los últimos partidos para acercarse a los puestos europeos. Por su parte, los de Iñigo Pérez  querían volver a sumar de tres para no alejarse de la media tabla.

Primer gol del Betis 

El primer gol llegó del lado del Betis. Tras una buena incursion de Vitor Roque en el área, Álvaro García lo derribó y provocó un penalti  que se saldó con una amarilla para el extremo del Rayo. La pena máxima fue ejecutada por Isco quien volvió a marcar en su primera titularidad desde la lesión que sufrió la temporada pasada contra la UD Las Palmas.

Gol del Rayo

Los de Iñigo Perez consiguieron el empate nada más empezar la segunda mitad. Gracias a la presión del equipo madrileño y un error en salida de balón de la zaga verdiblanca,  Isi recuperó un balón fuera del área que tras un impresionante golpeo del hoy mediapunta del Rayo subiría el empate al marcador.

Falta de precisión en ataque

El Betis acarrea una deficit de gol desde el inicio de la campaña que está lastrando los resultados de los pupilos de Pellegrini, quien ya avisó de la necesidad de fichajes. Unas cifras goleadoras que no corresponden con el nivel de ocasiones de las que gozan los atacantes verdiblancos. Una falta de precision que sitúa a Vitor Roque y a Abde entre los 10 jugadores con peor diferencia entre goles y goles esperados de las cinco grandes ligas europeas. Hoy, un día más , esa falta de precisión vuelve a dejar al Betis lejos de sus objetivos.

Importancia de Isco 

Hoy, volvía a la titularidad Isco Alarcón tras meses de espera de la afición verdiblanca. A pesar de gozar de minutos contra el Barcelona y Villarreal, hoy ha podido jugar más de 60 minutos. Su inmensa calidad han provocado que el Betis tuviera un juego mucho más fluido en medio campo, mayor capacidad para romper líneas con pases y un mayor control de la pelota. Por eso, la vuelta del malagueño es tan importante para el técnico chileno, quien achacaba el mal juego del equipo los últimos meses  a la falta de elementos creativos en plantilla.
