El Athletic sale airoso de un encuentro en el que sufrió mucho para conseguir la victoria, Berenguer dio el gol de la victoria a los de Ernesto Valverde

Osasuna y Athletic se veían las caras en el último encuentro del año para ambos, dejaron una actuación formidable en el terreno de juego, pero uno salió victorioso de este gran duelo. La lesión de Sancet supuso un gran golpe para el Athletic pero la entrada de Berenguer sirvió para que los leones se llevaran los 3 puntos, puntos que le sirven para seguir en los puestos más altos de la tabla.

Criterio de calificación: 0-3. Desastroso/ 4. Mal / 5. Aprobado raspado / 6. Bien / 7. Notable / 8. Muy bien / 9. Fantástico / 10. Excelente / NC. No Calificable.

Portero y defensas

Unai Simón: 7,5. Al principio se le notaba tenso, pero el momento de inflexión en el que se empezó a soltar fue una parada espectacular a Aimar Oroz, desde ese momento las dudas se despejaron y su actuación con el balón y dirección al equipo fue impecable.

Gorosabel: 6,5. Mantuvo cerrada su banda, aunque sufrió mucho las internadas de Aimar Oroz, sin embargo, no fue a mayores para fortuna de su equipo.

Vivian: 8.  Imperial un día más Vivian. Es el que sostiene al equipo, el zaguero del Athletic estuvo involucrado en casi todas las acciones defensivas, demostrando veteranía y liderazgo en cada acción. 

Paredes: 8. Fue un gran día para los dos centrales del Athletic, en este caso Paredes volvió a demostrar porque merece ser titular en este equipo. Su seguridad con el balón y en las acciones defensivas demuestran que mejora cada día que pasa, y ahora tiene pinta de que va a rodar sin freno.

Yuri: 7,5. Destacó más en la ofensiva de los leones, y vaya que no es para menos que intentó de las suyas en la banda izquierda. Además cada vez que recuperaba el balón el Osasuna, cortaba de inmediato la acción.

Centrocampistas

De Galarreta: 7. Partido con mucha personalidad de Iñigo en el Sadar, impuso su carácter en su zona del campo, arrollando cualquier ocasión con peligro del rival. En ataque tuvo sus acciones, acompañando a los de arriba a crear jugadas.

Jauregizar: 6,5. Poca participación del joven jugador del Athletic en este partido. Tras el buen partido de Iñigo su protagonismo bajó a medida que iba avanzando el encuentro. Eso sí, su colocación y su salida de balón fue impecable.

Sancet: 7,5. Malas noticias de nuevo para Ohian, salió en los primeros minutos de la segunda parte tras una torsión en el tobillo en un disparo a portería. Hizo una gran primera parte, su giro con el balón ayudó a liberar la presión intensa del Osasuna, descargó a bandas cada vez que pudo y se internó entre las líneas del medio campo y la defensa de los rojillos. Su baja supone de nuevo un duro golpe para el Athletic.

Delanteros

Iñaki Williams: 9,5. El mejor del partido en el Sadar. Estuvo de dulce en todas las facetas del juego, cada vez que cogía el balón el peligro se generaba solo. Realizó la primera asistencia para dar el empate a su equipo y no dejó de intentarlo de cara a portería.

Guruzeta: 8. El partido pedía a un jugador como «Guru», le caracterizó su capacidad para finalizar las jugadas, y el primer tanto llegó gracias a él. Un remate difícil que solo un delantero puro podría realizar, no se le podía pedir más a Guruzeta que dejó una gran actuación el día de hoy.

Nico Williams: 8. Pese a que no destacó igual que su hermano, su calidad y su ofensiva siguen en un nivel muy top, no tuvo acciones claras de gol dentro del área pero si que lo intentó por las zonas de fuera al área rival.

Sustituciones

Berenguer: 7. Entró tras la lesión inesperada de Sancet y dio frutos su salida al campo. Luchó cada pelota que pudo y aprovechó un grosero error de la defensa «rojilla» para dar el gol de la victoria a su equipo.
