Una carrera llena de emoción, giros inesperados y un desenlace inolvidable en la última fecha del campeonato.

Una salida llena de drama y acción temprana

El último semáforo del año dio paso a un inicio cargado de intensidad. Abbi Pulling, desde la pole, lideró en la primera curva, pero un contacto entre Chloe Chambers y Doriane Pin, quienes luchaban por el segundo lugar, los envió al final de la parrilla. Hamda Al Qubaisi aprovechó la situación para subir a la segunda posición, mientras Maya Weug, avanzaba al tercer puesto.

En la segunda vuelta, Weug comenzó su ofensiva al adelantar a Al Qubaisi en la curva 6. Con este movimiento, se colocó segunda y empezó a acercarse a Pulling, mientras Nerea Martí y Bianca Bustamante esperaban su oportunidad para entrar en la lucha por el podio.

Weug y Pulling protagonizan una lucha épica

La batalla entre Weug y Pulling capturó la atención de los aficionados. En la vuelta 5, Weug intentó adelantar en la curva 6, pero Pulling se fue al exterior, ganando ventaja al regresar al trazado. Obligada por las reglas, Pulling tuvo que devolver la posición, lo que permitió a Weug tomar el liderazgo en la vuelta 6. A partir de ese momento, la piloto neerlandesa demostró un ritmo implacable, construyendo una ventaja considerable.

Mientras tanto, Bustamante sufrió un incidente con Al Qubaisi, lo que resultó en una penalización de 10 segundos para la piloto de McLaren. Detrás, Lia Block avanzaba posiciones, pero un contacto con Al Qubaisi dejó a esta última fuera de la contienda por el podio y desencadenó la aparición del Safety Car.

Un final emocionante bajo presión

El Safety Car neutralizó la ventaja de 11.5 segundos que Weug había acumulado, preparando el escenario para un reinicio de una sola vuelta. Sin embargo, Weug manejó la presión con maestría y se mantuvo firme en la primera posición, cruzando la línea de meta para celebrar su primera victoria en F1 Academy.

El podio y los movimientos finales en la clasificación

Pulling aseguró el segundo lugar, cerrando su temporada de campeonato con una destacada consistencia: subió al podio en todas las carreras del año. Martí, tras un desempeño sólido, se quedó con el tercer lugar tras las penalizaciones a Lia Block, logrando su primer podio desde Zandvoort.
