Sumando dos empates en las dos jornadas iniciales, los de Tarragona necesitan ganar y tranquilizar a la afición.

 

El Club Gimnástic de Tarragona ha iniciado una temporada más con el objetivo de volver al fútbol profesional, del que descendieron en la temporada 2018/2019 y desde entonces no han vuelto.

Los de Tarragona la temporada pasada tuvieron un inicio magnífico, ya que, en las primeras cinco jornadas sumaron cuatro victorias y tan solo un empate, hicieron trece puntos de quince posibles, un inicio que durante la temporada les beneficio para asentarse en posiciones de playoff.

Los ‘Granas’ finalmente fueron segundos, y pese a que hicieron un magnífico playoff de ascenso, cayeron en la última jugada del playoff ante el Málaga, con el histórico gol de Antonio Cordero en el añadido de la prórroga.

En el inicio de esta temporada, está siendo negligente, ya que en las dos primeras jornadas, tan solo han logrado dos puntos y estos fueron como locales. Estos partidos fueron ante el Ourense CF, un recién ascendido, y Sestao River, equipo que luchó por la permanencia en la temporada 2023/2024.

Esta jornada se enfrenta a un descendido de la Segunda división, el Amorebieta. El conjunto de Julen Guerreo también está muy necesitado, ya que es un proyecto con el claro objetivo de ascender y en las dos primeras jornadas, tan solo han logrado un empate.

Un partido de dos de los mejores equipos de la categoría por plantilla y objetivos que han empezado la temporada con problemas. Amorebieta y Nástic, se enfrentarán con el objetivo de sumar a tres y encaminar su temporada hacia sus objetivos.

El partido, que se juega este próximo domingo 8 de septiembre a las 16:00 h en el Municipal de Urritxe, dará alas a unos y dejará muy tocados a otros.
