El Real Madrid se lleva el primer asalto del derbi de octavos de final de la UEFA Champions League. El conjunto de Carlo Ancelotti venció anoche 2-1 al Atlético de Madrid en un partido en el que llegó a adelantarse hasta en dos ocasiones. Brahim y Rodrygo, con dos golazos, dan una mínima ventaja al Madrid para el partido de vuelta. Al término del encuentro, el Raúl Asencio compareció en zona mixta para analizar la victoria de su equipo.
“Entramos en una fase de la Champions en la que todos los partidos se van a decidir con pequeños detalles. Sabíamos de la calidad del Atlético de Madrid, pero hemos hecho un gran trabajo dominando de principio a fin. Nos quedamos con las buenas actuaciones individuales que hemos tenido”.
