Después de las pruebas realizadas en el día posterior a la victoria por 1 gol a 0 del CD Leganés ante el Sevilla FC, se confirmaron los peores presagios: una lesión de gravedad que le hará estar fuera de los terrenos de juego a Franquesa entre 6 y 9 meses

La noche de ayer fue casi redonda para los pepineros; que consiguieron sumar una victoria importantísima en casa ante un rival como el conjunto hispalense. Sin embargo, no todo fueron alegrías. Y es que, el futbolista tuvo un primer inconveniente al intentar poner un centro. En él, cayó con todo el peso de su cuerpo en la pierna izquierda. La rodilla absorbió todo el impacto y acabó luciendo una inestabilidad que afectó al jugador. El de Sant Cugat aguantó, pero en otra disputa mas, se quejó nuevamente de esa angustia. Acabó sustituido por Javi Hernández, pero no necesitó de camilla alguna para marcharse. Lo hizo por su propio pie. Luego. el club confirmo a través de un comunicado hoy domingo el peor de los presagios posibles:  una rotura del ligamento cruzado anterior de su rodilla izquierda.

Caída en picado tras estar volviendo a ser titular

El lateral izquierdo estaba volviendo a encontrarse con la titularidad en una temporada en la que estaba siendo relegado a un rol más secundario después de ser pieza clave en la consecución del campeonato de LaLiga Hypermotion 23/24; con el que ascendieron a la élite del fútbol español.  Su gol clave en Elda al descuento fue uno de los momentos más decisivos de la campaña pasada. Además, fue uno de los jugadores intocables del técnico abulense. Tanto así que fue el segundo pepinero con más minutos de toda la plantilla del ascenso, con 3.650′, sólo superado por Sergio González, el capitán (3.668′).

Esta campaña, suma más de 640 minutos de juego y un gol, fruto de su vocación ofensiva y capacidad para repetir esfuerzos. Ahora, su baja le mantendrá un buen tiempo en el dique seco. A esto se le añade que es el segundo futbolista con más metros recorridos (11’1 km) en la vuelta a primera de la entidad del escudo del laurel. Notaba la rodilla algo inestable. Estaba siendo uno de nuestros mejores jugadores las últimas semanas. Esperemos que quede en un susto.»

Como habrás leído anteriormente, Enric Franquesa reaparecerá (en el mejor de los escenarios) en 6 meses. Todo depende  del tratamiento que escojan y la evolución del jugador. Entre que vuelva a adaptarse a la categoría y que su estado de forma llegue al 100%, salvo sorpresa, regresará para la temporada 2025/26. Hoy por hoy, el propio pelotero, como a sus compañeros, familia, aficionados y cuerpo técnico deben tener paciencia con su vuelta para pisar el césped.
