Sumado a ello, Charles Leclerc se sube al segundo escalón del podium y repiten un doblete que no se había visto desde el Gran Premio de Bahrein en 2022. En declaraciones para los medios de comunicación se ha mostrado satisfecho después del resultado.
«Sí, sienta bien especialmente por el equipo. No hacíamos un ‘doblete’ desde Baréin 2022. Son grandes recuerdos que tenemos y es increíble haberlo podido hacer de nuevo. Carlos ha tenido un fin de semana increíble después de su cirugía, ha hecho una gran carrera. Por mi parte, he tenido un poco más de problemas en la segunda tanda. Además, ha querido felicitar a su compañero de equipo:
«Carlos ha hecho un mejor trabajo desde la clasificación hasta la carrera y sin duda se merece la victoria».
Por último, con la mente puesta en la evolución del equipo y los mejores resultados para todos sus compañeros, ha definido el final de la carrera como algo que cumple los intereses de Ferrari:
«Estoy muy contento por él y por el equipo. Son muy buenos puntos. Llegamos al fin de semana diciendo que teníamos que maximizar los puntos y no podríamos haber hecho nada mejor, así que no puedo estar más contento».
